Altru: The Freelancer Finder.
It's not a service team. It doesn't cost money. It doesn't take cuts. It's 100% free.
ANYBODY can apply with a valid MC-Market account and a portfolio. 2FA is involved for verification and you get the roles after verification from a staff member. After that, you can see a commissions channel, and you can only claim ones with mentioned roles that you have. The bot DM's the user when it has been claimed, and it tells them who and how they can get in touch (or it has a Starfish-like system to find who they want; probably Starfish style).
NO TICKETS ARE MADE. NO PAYMENTS ARE HANDLED THROUGH ALTRU.
This means that as stated before, it isn't a service team, but an outlet for freelancers. You might say it's like a place for advertising. It's free, and it just might work. The only profit it would make is from donations.

Pronunciation: All-true.
The name "Altru" was chosen for the freelancer finder because it was a fast-to-say, simple name that has meaning to it. The word "altruism" has a few applicable definitions, but the one we go by is that it's the feature of giving back and helping others, or in this example this amazing community, without any request back. However, there are phrases that include this word that completely change the definition. Take "egotistical altruism" for example. Egotistical altruism means that you ARE helping the community, but you're doing it for the attention you gain and your ego. Altru does not search for attention as egotistical altruists. We're just here to help you out and make everybody's lives easier. Even our name reflects what we wish to accomplish; Altru is short for altruism, if you hadn't figured it out by now. Remember that we're only here for the community, and no other reason.

Colour scheme would be yellow-orange. The logo would be like Aladdin (https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net...17-18sm.png/revision/latest?cb=20190407080155) saying "Altru" with a subtitle of "The Freelancer Finder" below it, aligned to the left. An "A", without the subtitle, and with it.
