Alts shop website [Budget $20]

Hey guys, I like to have a cool alt shop website like https://bombalts.xyz/.

What my site must have:
- Cool animations
- A cool preloader
- Most likely black/grayish (so it looks cheap)
- Modern and cool details.
- 1 page with all the products and with 4 products each row.

no reputable developer will do this for $20. I recommend upping your budget and cutting half the features, like the animations.

Alt shops are easy to make, if you're looking to buy it for cheap / host I'd recommend using templates as your option.

As I already said, I can't find any good templates that I like.

oh no it's almost as if custom website development takes a lot of effort, skill, and money

I did something along these lines, but not too fancy, at €40 but if you actually want it to be like super pretty, have at least €60... Then you're at least in the higher end of the market
