well, if someone doesn't state they will pay you back in an investment request, then they have no right to actually pay you back?[DOUBLEPOST=1540236332][/DOUBLEPOST]Unless I miss read that?I'm probably oblivious but what's the problem?
It's just a warning towards investors since MC-Market cannot force players to pay them back. Ultimately it's just a heads-up for those investors as they aren't guaranteed their money back.well, if someone doesn't state they will pay you back in an investment request, then they have no right to actually pay you back?[DOUBLEPOST=1540236332][/DOUBLEPOST]Unless I miss read that?
Oh, so technically an investment still requires a payment? I was assuming that, that was a definition of investments. - Not that I was gonna go get an investment and not pay it backIt's just a warning towards investors since MC-Market cannot force players to pay them back. EDIT: Sorry, I'm colourblind and just noticed the highlighting. Forget what I just posted.
I mean I guess, that's what I read. To be fair, it doesn't exactly specify and isn't exactly clear. Just giving my perspective.Oh, so technically an investment still requires a payment? I searched it up, and all I can find is that investments are meant to be paid back. It's abit unclear though. - I may make a support request about it to see if they'd make it a bit clearer for everyone's benefit, but not sure yet.I mean I guess, that's what I read. So I could invest like $100 into a company, it flops, no $100+?It’s really due to the definitions of both. An Investment is seen as putting money into a startup company so that if it goes well, you get rewards, like the stock market. If it doesn’t than your screwed. A loan is giving someone money where they promise to return a certain amount by a certain day.
Oh, okay. Thanks for the info.Yup, that’s how investments work, but in the real world most a low risk low return.
