So I am going to be purchasing a service for iSynx to be my advertisement manager. He sent an invoice with this message:

I will be providing, 'BlackOutMC' a Marketing Service, for the month in accomplishing to grow their business/server and increase their profit. Agreed price $250. Seller communication: iSynx#9168 Buyer communication: TBOAbrupt#0269 (via Discord)

If he scammed me or did not do the service. Could I successfully charge back?
Please give information that can help me out, and keep me safer!​

Just giving you my opinion. Instead of being wondering if you're making a "good deal" or a "safe deal", why don't you invest in big company's that you can really make sure you get something out of it.

Well sorry if I came off wrong, I just get a bit heated when people doubt the ability for someone to start off a server small anymore. I have thought about investing in big companies, but this is what I like to do. So for this occurrence, this can be a learning experience if something goes wrong.

What specifically is he going to be doing? If you can do most of it yourself (finding youtubers, etc) then it might not be worth it, $250 is a lot. Otherwise, I'd say you're pretty safe on those terms.

The $250 isn't entirely for him, it is for him spending on youtubers, slots, adverts, etc.... And then he get's a % of the $250 for himself.
