Our upcoming server Amaron, a blend of RPG/skyblock is looking for an experienced Community Manager to help us get to launch smoothly and manage the server staff onward.
Requirements:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have prior experience with managing a team, whether IRL or Minecraft (and you can verify this!).
You have a working microphone and can participate in voice calls when needed.
This is a PAID position, and the pay will depend on your experience and what you can offer us while you hold the position. You can find a list of tasks the job will require you to take on below:
Pre-Launch Tasks - these will be your duties leading up to launch
Rule creation - working with the highest-ranked staff members to compile the rules.
Staff hiring - hire the initial admins and consulting with the highest-ranked staff members.
Assisting the Creative Lead
Overseeing the forums
Anything else that upon launch will be done by regular staff
Post-Launch Tasks - these will be your duties after the server launches
Handle the mod and admin teams - providing a general direction for the staff, overseeing their decisions to make sure they’re doing their tasks appropriately, etc.
Oversee ban appeals and player reports - making sure all bans are just and according to rules.
Oversee staff applications and promotions of existing staff members
