I am starting a amateur plugin contest. Once enough people have joined after 7 days all plugins will be scored on quality.

Say 10 people enter and pay $5, the entire pot would be $50. The winner of the contest wins all $50

Depends how many enter. If say only 10 enter, there is quite a good chance of winning. If say 50 enter, it is very slim.

Also, who is judging? Just you? You could be bias because of the developer, or you just do not like a certain type of plugins.
