[Amazing] Bring Back Custom Channels in SB

Hi. I think we should bring back the feature to create private channels in the chat room.

Commands:
/cc <name> - Creates a channel and moves the user to it
/invite <username> - Invites a user to join the room, they will receive an alert and have the option to join the channel.

/leave - You are exited from the channel (If the creator types this, it will be deleted)​

But chat moderators cannot watch 3-4 rooms/channels at once.

I honestly don't think this is a good idea.
It sets the community way too much apart. The shoutbox shouldn't be taken that much advanced anyways. I see it as a little place where people can talk to eachother and hold general conversations.
