Amazing Custom SuperHero PvP server

Introduction​

This server is a kitpvp server like nothing ever seen before. Now I don't throw around custom or never before seen just because it has unique maps or all that crap. I say custom because it really, truly, is. This kitpvp server is based off of superheroes and villains, and is thus dubbed "Superhero Smashdown". It comes sold as a complete custom setup, which is live on our server for preview, you can connect to it yourself at play.the-ingot.com

The Kits​

Now the first main custom aspect is the kits, and tiers. When you start, you have 1000$ to spend. This allows you to buy a kit from tier 1, and as you kill people and make more money, you can buy higher level kits, from tier 1 to tier 5. Here is a list of the kits and their abilities:
Tier 1 (1000$):
The Flash. Abilities : Superspeed (Speed V for 20s) and SpeedForce (Selects closest enemy and rushes at him dealing damage)
Professor Zoom. Abilities : Superspeed (Speed V for 20s) and SpeedForce (Selects closest enemy and rushes at him dealing damage)
Antman. Abilities : Rush (toggle) (Gives speed 2 and plants in the ground) and Insect Talk (summons 10 silverfish that attack other players)
Yellow Jacket. Abilities : Quick Death (shoots lasers at enemies) and Insect Talk (summons 10 silverfish that attack other players)
Tier 2 (2000$):
Spiderman. Abilities : Maze of webs (shoots web at target and freezes them) and Rope Web (drags player to location)
Green Goblin. Abilities : Pumpkin bombs (self explanatory) and Goblin Glider (allows you to fly in air)
Wolverine. Abilities : Regeneration factor (regen II) and Healing Factor (Regen V and Damage II)
Magneto. Abilities : Magnetic Flight (allows you to fly in air) and Telepathic Attack (freezes target and gives him confusion)
Tier 3 (3000$):
Captain America. Abilities : Adamantium Shield (Blocks 3/4 of all damage) and Shield Throw (shoots block in targeted direction and deals damage)
Red Skull. Abilities : Instant Reload (instant reload with his gun (he has a pistol)) and Reanimation (spawns a pigman that attacks closest players)
Batman. Abilities : Shurikan (shoots a shurikan at target) and Grappling hook (pulls him towards building / target for 25 blocks)
The Joker. Abilities : Gas bomb (self explanatory) and Minds' destroyer (confuses and gives slowness to everyone around him)
Tier 4 (4000$):
The Hulk. Abilities : Superhuman Leap (jumps really far in a certain direction) and Stomping Jump (Jumps and falls down damaging everyone around him). Also has slowness + strength

Iron Man. Abilities : Uni-Beam (shoots laser at target) and Fly (allows him to fly). Also has lasers and toggled hovering (3 blocks above ground)
Ultron. Abilities : Uni-Beam (shoots laser at target) and Fly (allows him to fly). Also has lasers and toggled hovering (3 blocks above ground)
Thor. Abilities : Lightning strike (shoots lightning at target) and Lightning storm (shoots 8 lightning around him dealing damage to everyone). Also has toggled hovering.
Loki. Abilities : Energy Projection (creates a hologram of himself which runs at a player) and Teleportation (randomly teleports 25 blocks away).
Tier 5 (5000$):
Superman. Abilities : Heat Vision (shoots laser at target) And super stomp (like hulks but much more powerful). Also has toggled hovering
Lex Luthor. Abilities : Deploy-able turret (deploys turret that shoots players) and mega suit (gives strength, speed, and jump boost). Also has pistol, AK-47, and bazooka.

Boosts​

Damage Boost : boosts damage (9 levels of damage boosters)
Speed Boost : boosts speed (9 levels of speed boosters)
Resistance boost : boosts resistance (9 levels of resistance boosters)

Quests​

There are also many quests which you can complete in order to get extra money and get better kits faster:
The Rival : kill your counterpart : Daily Quest : 50$
Serial Killer : Kill 5 players without dying : Daily Quest : 100$
Untouchable : Kill 10 players without dying : 3-Day quest : 500$
Sir Slays-A-Lot : Kill 25 players without dying : Weekly Quest :1000$
Skull Collector : Get a total of 150 kills : Weekly Quest : 500$
Addicted : Play 5 hours on the server : Weekly Quest : 250$
World Traveller : Find all the jukeboxes hidden around the map : 1-time quest : 250$
Can you see my house from here : make it to the top of stark tower : 1-time quest : 200$

LeaderBoards:​

You can place around the spawn many different leaderboards: Top balance leaderboard, the top Kill to death ratio leaderboard, the top kill streak leaderboard, and the top kill leaderboard. All these leaderboards have signs and heads on top of them, to make it look nice and pretty.

Events:​

There are also a ton of cool events that you can set off when players feel bored (which is never! but anyways).
Capture the zone : players are split into two teams based on their classes, villains and heroes. The villains must try to capture a set zone (the bank) while the heroes have to defend it. Whoever has ownership of it after 5 minutes wins, and they all get money.
Golden Noteblock : a noteblock spawns on the map and the first one to find it gets rewarded!
Most Kills : the player with the most kills after a set amount of time is rewarded with money
Juggernaut : One player becomes the juggernaut, and gets strength and speed. Whoever kills him gets to be the juggernaut.
Infected : One player is infected and if he kills you you become infected too. The last one standing wins a bunch of cash.

The plugins​

Now for the less fun stuff, I'll just give you a screenshot of the plugins:

The majority of the custom features are in the SuperheroSmashdown core plugin, which was developed in-house.

The Map​

The map is a custom made 500x500 map of a city, including some cool monuments like stark tower and the fantastic four tower. The build is completely custom and was built for The-Ingot exclusively.

Even if the server was bought at the BIN we wouldn't break even with what we paid for the setup. Since it is so specific, we do not expect a buyer to pay what we did for everything. I can see this being most successful in an already established server, or a purely PvP server looking for a custom gamemode.

Excuse me? We contracted him for the work, and paid for the builds ect, you are in no place to be making accusatory claims.

If you buy a pot from someone for 15$ you are buying the pot, and you own the pot entirely and can do whatever you want with it. When you decide to resell that pot on eBay for 10$, you don't need to pay the person that made the pot a commission of what you make.

In this situation, our deal with the person who set it up, or persons was as such : we pay you x$ for the (service) and the (final product), and own it entirely (we own that intellectual property). As such, we are allowed to do whatever we want with it. Also, prior to setting up this thread, we consulted with all of our freelancers that worked on this and got all the thumbs up from them to sell this (just in case there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding). We are going about this entirely legally, and morally, and therefore, you sir, are in no position at all to make rash unjustifiable statements on our thread

Vxpo has already bid $300. Also this is a setup, so no domain is included in the sale. We sell network-wide ranks, so we don't have specific donation statistics for that server, but I can tell you that no more than 20 players played on it, as the majority preferred our Prison server.
