So its a used spawn? You should've mentioned that in the thread, if a build has been used, it decreases the value.

As for the spawn itself, looks great, quite detailed however I think it needs a wider variety of colour / blocks as the grey makes it look rather plain, if you add more block types it will highlight the detail of the build more, it should increase the builds price.
