That's the price of a T-Shirt. That's not the best hub, but for low/middle-class servers, the hub fits just well.

I disagree tremendously, it does not have any builds, the terraforming is not great and it is really empty. If you find somebody that is willing to pay 3-5$ for this then you are really lucky. This is not personal, the build is just not as great as you think it is. I recommend you to keep practicing.
