Amazing Management Services (4+ Years Experience)

Hello everyone,

I am looking to use my knowledge to benefit the community. During this time of quarantine, I find myself really bored so I am looking to become staff on a server.

I have years of experience:

Late 2015- Early 2016 - Admin+ PulsePvP (average 80-100 players)
- Duties included: running the staff team, managing the playerbase, and making sure plugins and the server functionality was as expected.

Feb 2016-August 2016 - Owner Yofou Network (Peak 240 players)
- Duties included: making sure all plugins were functional, paying youtubers, running the FileZilla, paying the dedicated servers, paying the developers, system administrators, hiring builders, getting trailers made. (I basically did everything with a few of my friends)

September 2016-January 2017 - Staff Manager Voltix Network (2nd biggest practice server at the time)
- Duties included: Managing a 25+ man staff team, holding staff meetings twice a week, promoting, demoting and recruiting new staff, as well as training staff to insure there are no cheaters, teaching screenshare technique, and overall staff etiquite

January 2017-March 2018 - Admin Valux Network (Server was purchased by Sarefine)
- Duties included: Screensharing players and training staff the right techniques to catch cheaters, moderating the chat, and managing teamspeak permissions and ranks
This server was the most populated I have ever been staff on, averaging at sometimes 300 players on the whole network.

PulsePvP would be hard to prove because the owner, Epicay is nowhere to be found now, but I have attached a screenshot with Urn / Max / Bashy or whatever he is known as now

I would highly suggest investing in a thread design to attract potential employers, as well as attaching your resume comprised of your experience, skills, and contact information.
