Amazing premade spawn built by EasyGamer510 and @tomsno11

We hope you like the build we started it roughly 2 months ago and with being so busy didnt finish it when we wanted to but now its done! We will be selling the spawn for $1.15 Private message me to buy preferably via discord : {@Sidneyg#3116}

Then that's a bit of a flimsy basis to call someone a scammer on. For all you know it was an impersonator.
If it took place on the discord server listed on his profile, then that should be sufficient to at least open one.
Also, if he has a discord account listed here, you can comparing that with the discord account that scammed you.

Ofc, realistically, the problem would be that the deal took place on that discord server and you don't have images of the relevant messages because you cannot access that server anymore, or the messages having been deleted? You being banned off that discord server could serve as circumstantial evidence at least, which might help in confronting.

In addition, if you can show data of your paypal transaction, then it can be compared with his paypal account.

TLDR: Open a scam report. Even if you don't have rock-hard evidence, once it gets processed you can still get a long way on circumstantial evidence. If no scam report is ever opened, we'd have to assume he's not guilty.
