Guess people with a certain, monetary limit not ranged in a 4-digit range to set up an extreme highquality server inc. awesome maps, lobbies and stuff (and we're talking about real, experienced & quality creations(...)); maybe servers/networks changing their content frequently, companys, educational institutions ...(tbc) its a very long list, just take a little think

Sure, that's an option. you'd be banned from these forums, and every legitimate website where you posted them.
Anyway, that's a risk they take. Piracy will happen with any publicly distributed goods. Doesn't mean you should stop selling.

If I write a whole 3D-modelling program and come up with an elaborate anti-piracy system, there's still going to be someone who cracks it and seeds it, eventually. Does that mean I shouldn't sell that program in the first place?
Nope.
ofc there's going to be people that steal and/or want to get paid stuff for free. there always are. but there's also still honest people around, believe it or not.

not to mention the legal parts, which for minecraft builds will be less effective but still valid.
