Hello everyone,
Today, I would like to introduce an ambitious Network project, designed with a long-term vision that is clear, structured, and well thought out.
Behind this project, we are прежде all investors who are passionate about Minecraft. We have been players for many years and have witnessed the evolution of servers, their successes as well as their limitations. Building on this experience, we decided to create a Network with a different philosophy—focused on gameplay enjoyment, technical stability, and the overall quality of the player experience.
Our goal is not to “revolutionize” Minecraft, but rather to intelligently revisit certain game modes, bringing them more dynamism, clarity, and above all a highly fun aspect, accessible to both casual players and more dedicated ones.

A Clear Vision and Concrete Resources​

The project is built on solid foundations:

• Gameplay ideas already defined
• A budget already committed (high-performance hosting, professional tools, security)
• A long-term vision with a realistic and evolving roadmap
• Absolute priority given to stability and optimization

We aim to build a Network capable of hosting several reworked game modes, without compromising on performance—even during peak times—thanks to the rental of powerful machines from MineStrator.

The Story Behind the Project​

On a personal note, I have managed and supported several community projects and game servers over the years. I have seen too many good ideas fail due to a lack of organization, resources, or vision.
This is why this project was created: to take the time to do things properly, surround ourselves with the right people, and build something coherent, sustainable, and respectful of the community.
Today, my role is mainly that of an investor and project manager, leaving room for technical and creative profiles to fully express their expertise.

We Are Looking for the Following Profiles​

To successfully carry out this project, we are currently looking for several serious and motivated profiles:

Server Administrator​

We are looking for an experienced administrator able to:

• Manage the server infrastructure
• Ensure stability, security, and performance
• Take part in technical decisions (plugins, architecture, optimization)
• Be a long-term pillar of the project
• Manage communication, recruitment, etc.

Builders (preferably several)​

Builders able to:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of building experience
• Clearly understand the administration’s requests
• Work in harmony with the Network’s identity

Developers / Coders​

Developers able to:

• Create or adapt plugins
• Optimize the gameplay experience
• Contribute to the implementation of innovative yet well-controlled systems
• Translate certain plugins
