Ambitious Sci-Fi Server Looking for Long-Term Configurators to Join Our Team

Hello! I am looking for several plugin configurators to aid in the creation of a space sci-fi server with very ambitious plans. Before I go any further, I want to make it clear that the beginning stages of development for this server will not involve pay. This will start as a passion project with a tightly knit team of developers, configurators, and writers working towards common goal. Time constraints will be very loose and you may work by your own schedule. Salaries and more serious duties will be established once we develop stronger relations with each other and obtain clearer direction.

The goal for this server is to create a large-scale space MMO that involves hundreds of concurrent players, working ships, a player-driven economy, diplomacy and politics between and within player-run nations, and a multitude of planets with unique characteristics. Think of it as a blend of ideas from EVE Online, No Mans Sky, and Minecraft. More details will be disclosed once you join the team.

I also want to emphasize that this project will be long-term, lasting at least one year before a release to the public. Your tasks as a configurator include but are not limited to coordinating with our developer team to balance plugins, configuring prominent plugins such as Essentials, Mythic Mobs, and Movecraft, and sharing your own ideas with the team.
