I'm looking for a dev can make a application where it enters certain commands into chats (Like a Runescape Spammer). But, with a rest timer [rest for 1-24 min/days/hours (time can be changed for the use like 3-4 hours stop resting in between this time] and different customizable time between commands like after entering [!hourly wait 1-2 hours/days/mins random number is picked in between.] Also, has a bunch of preset commands and can change the prefix of the command the use can replace ! with something else to their liking to ?, ^, ~, #!, etc. It should be fairly simple to make.
