Well, I believe I would make a perfect Head Staff/Manager (not quite sure what the difference is?). Why you may ask? Well, I was Administrator on the SaiCo Network for two years which in my opinion is quite massive with a 1k daily playerbase so I have more than enough experience from staffing there. I certainly know how to handle the various in game situations and arguments between players and would love to help manage the rest of the staff and players along with bans, store issues, viewing applications, etc. I would also be able to help out with suggestions and the forums too if you have any (back in the day on SaiCo I reached 10k posts on forums, quite active).

I believe my grammar and spelling is nearly perfect and I'd be able to dedicate at LEAST 2 hours a day to the server. If I am accepted I would also add you on Skype so I do think I meet all the requirements.
