OK so you don't really need to do a LOT of work every day.You can do the developing stuff whenever you want, but at least do like 1 hour of work within 2 days.I just created a server yesterday and I have 1 developer rn and he is pretty busy sometimes.So I don't need a super professional developer or something.I won't pay a lot though.I can pay about 20-50 USD(or higher)monthly, depends on how much work you have done.

$20-$50 a month doesn't support a Part Time job, maybe $50-$75 a week would.

You should identify what you're requesting them to specifically, instead of saying "you don't really need to do a LOT of work". You should also mention how payments are going to work.

$20-$50 a month doesn't support a Part Time job, maybe $50-$75 a week would.

Normal salary counts as hours, minimal salary is 10,50$/hour, so if 10 hours a week 105$ a week. That is how it works. You have to also allow day off and still pay them.
