Ahhh yes. I am trying to host an anarchy server to a specific location but I don't know what to start with the plugins to add. I Am new to creating an anarchy server so please if you have suggestion on how does anarchy servers works and what plugins it needs to run please tell me. I NEED HELP!

Info: Dont. The only anarchy server thats even remotely successful are the very old ones. People play anarchy servers because they are rich with history. A new one wont cut it anymore.
