Who we are
We are a Minecraft Anarchy Network, working off multiple servers, connected through a bungee instance. We average around 100 players at peak and are looking towards expanding our community and playerbase, through hiring a developer to make some of our ideas into a reality.
Payments
We can pay you through Bank or via PayPal, to the equivalent of 150$ per game changing advantage, 50$ per event (that gets us discord members or players), 100-200$ for plugins (that are worth it and good working), and 100$ for patching glitches, bugs and any mistakes in the server's software which you discovered, or have been reported by players. PayPal transfers will be done at the original transaction’s rate.
Hiring
After showing us your previous work, and being able to show, that you can dedicate enougth time to our network, you can expect to receive your first payment, 7-9 days after being hired.
What we want of you
We expect our developers to be able to complete these projects within a month of assigning, if you feel you need more time, don’t hesitate to give us notice in advance of the deadline. We also expect you to get more players, and advertise for us.
If you only notify us in the last week of the timeframe, we will only pay 85% of remaining funds on completion.
What we expect
We expect that you will know how to depend on Anarchy and Factions and be able to advertise for us, after the fact we will pay you for your services and for any extra features or players.

Keep in mind:
We pay 100$-200$ per plugin (UPFRONT), and you get paid monthly (amount will be discussed privately).
If you cannot finish the plugin in the timeframe, you you will only be paid 85% of the monthly payment. (Payment for the plugin is upfront)
Example:
James* has worked for us, for two months. It's the beginning of the third month. He's been paid 200$ for his previous monthly payment + 150$ for the Plugin/Website/Backend Modification he will be working on this month. He notices in the second week of the third month, that he has a lot of assignments to finish first, before delivering the Plugin/Website/Backend Modification to us (which is totally okay).
He does not alert us about it, and we wonder where our Plugin/Website/Backend Modification and James* himself is.
At the end of the month, his monthly payment will be reduced to 85% (170$ instead of 200$), as we didn't manage to get the Plugin/Website/Backend Modification on time.
Do you understand it now? Great.
