Staff Work Is Voluntary until Release
Hello, my name is Mqfia, and I'll be hosting a server named "AncientPvP," which will feature Factions OG and "New Meta" Realms. These are the current plans. I'm looking for a second owner to help me finance stuff, recruit people, be hardworking, devote time, and a variety of other qualities. No, I don't need an owner just for "funds," as I'm already financing my server, but with experience, I'm sure it's clear that building a server needs at least a reasonable budget. Of course, once the server has made its first 30 sales, you will receive 20% of the revenue. Second, I need three managers with previous server experience, evidence of experience, and screensharing messages. Discord is testimony. For this role, résumés will be required. MC-Market isn't a great place to find people who would work for free. Especially when money isn't guaranteed. Not only are they required to put money into the server: they're also required to recruit people, devote time and do the roles of any unrecruited staff. Furthermore; They're also going to have to wait till the server makes 30 sales! I understand that this is only my piece of the pie but this isn't worth it at all. If you're looking for someone to fund the server then look for an investor and if you want someone to recruit staff then look for a manager who does free work.

In conclusion, it's my personal recommendation that you search for people who can fill specific roles rather than asking someone to do it all for a non-guaranteed income.

EDIT: 20% is also absolutely ridiculous. At least provide 35% if you somehow find a co-owner.
