Hey,

My name is Andrew (or Andy). I am 16 years old and I'm currently seeking a position as a staff of any Minecraft business (I prefer to work with business, not servers but if you offer a good position I wouldn't mind working on a server). I would like you to know that depending on the job I can be either a volunteer or to be hired.

Reasons following demotion?

The first time I got demoted was because I muted cancerous users instead of warning them too many times to the point where they demoted me. After rereading the rule book I got a better understanding of when to warn and when to mute and I came back. I then resigned because the server was falling apart and it became more toxic by the day.

why do u have proof on all expect mineplex

Well as you can tell I put Helper and not Trainee (They got rid of Helpers and turned them it into Trainees in 2014). It was a long time ago and I didn't think to get proof of me working there.
