My name Jer and I am the staff manager here at Andrex-MC.


Andrex-MC is currently looking for staff!

The Positions that are currently open are

Helper
Moderator
Sr.Mod
Admin
Sr.Admin
F.T.O Management
System Admin


Helper - Is just a simple word for a staff In training. Helpers are required to attend Training. This training will teach how to Multitask, Determine hacking, Moderate chat and how to help players to the best of your ability.

Moderator - Mod is a rank that you get after completing training and that your F.T.O thinks that you are ready. This you will still be evaluated. You will get temp-ban and mute.

Sr.Mod - This is where you can do whatever you want. You take off your training wheels and go. You have the freedom to any server and you will not constantly be watched. At this rank, you will get Ban, Mute, and Kick.

Admin - This a rank that the management that you have committed time and dedicated to the server. After this, you will be in charge on one server. You will make sure that there are no bugs and make sure the server is in good shape if not report to Managment.

Sr.Admin - This is a rank that you watch over the admins and that they are doing their proper work. If not you will correct them. This position is only earned. After you have committed a lot to the server such as time and dedicated.

F.T.O Managment - This is a rank that you can only earn if you are on the F.T.O team and have committed dedicated and time.

System Admin - This you will have access to the dedi, and you are required to sign an NDA. If you are not over 16+, You have to have a legal parent or guardian sign for you.

There is many problems with this and I firstly strongly disagree even attempting for staff.

In your profile it clearly states you're 14, you can't have a NDA if you're not even 18 yourself.

Also you claim you're a ''registered company''
but can't be a registered company until you're 18 in the UK.



To be a registered company you will need to pay VAT, TAX and furthermore making your little block company needing to pay most donations, you're 14 so can't have a solicitor until your 18 and will need to pay this solicitor considering you're a new server I highly doubt you're paying someone for something you don't know is going to succeed

When researching ''UK pending ltd register'' there is nothing of the sort, especially with the word ''pending'' you've not even been approved for this, if you have signed the NDA in a parents name you cannot fight the case and will need your parents to talk about how about how a system admin ruined your server in a block game, how embrassing

so you cannot apply to be a registered company if you're not even a resident or have any association with UK. So much utter crap you have said.
