Hello! My name is Keegan, or Ksports and I am the Staff Manager here at Andrex-MC.
Andrex-MC is a up-and-coming Network with the aims to become a large Network with a great community. We have many plans, and we need an efficient, professional, and knowledgable Staff Team to help us complete these plans. Andrex is going to hold many different servers on this Network. Of the ones I can tell you about right now, we plan on releasing servers such as Prison, Factions, Skyblock, and much more!
The first server we will be releasing here is Prison, and that should be releasing within the next week or so, so we really need to get a Staff Team assembled that can help us complete the goals we hope to achieve here at Andrex. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

Staff Ranks
Here at Andrex we have five different Staff Ranks. Below will be a list of the Staff Ranks we have. When you apply, you are applying for the Helper rank. Under no circumstance are you allowed to apply for any rank higher than Helper, so please avoid asking that question as it is only fair that all people start as Helper, learn the basics, and get promoted by me when deemed necessary.
• Helper
• Moderator
• Senior Moderator
• Administrator
• Owner
Like said, Helper is the first rank that you can and will be promoted to, if your application is accepted. As a Helper your job is to monitor chat, maintain and clean and family-friendly community, and enforce the rules. Further information about the Staff Ranks, their jobs, and promotions will be in a Staff Guide, obtained if you are in fact accepted as a Staff Member.

Requirements
• You are 13 years of age.
• You are mature, and are able to remain mature in all situations.
• You must be able to dedicate time to the server. We are reasonable, and understand that life comes before this, but we require you to remain active and helpful.
• You have decent grammar. (Not very strict about this, but it falls under maturity).
• You must have the communication system Skype and Slack. Mainly Slack as that is used for most Staff communications, but both are useful.
• You must have a valid way of providing proof for players who break rules.
• You must be able to follow all of our Staff Rules, Guides, etc.
• You have a working mic and are able to verbally help players. You will also need a mic for an interview.
