Andromeda Network — Now Hiring Helpers, Moderators, and Admins!
About Us:Andromeda is a space-themed, community-driven Minecraft Network packed with custom features, and a focus on balanced survival gameplay. As we continue to grow and prepare for our server grand opening, and major upcoming updates, we're looking to expand our staff team with passionate, trustworthy, and experienced individuals.
Positions Available:
Helpers- First point of contact for player questions and concerns
- Monitor chat for rule violations
- Report issues to higher staff when needed
Moderators- Enforce server rules and handle minor infractions
- Investigate player reports and help with basic support
- Work closely with helpers and admins to maintain a safe environment
Admins (paid)- Lead development of server plugins, scripts, and custom features
- Support the implementation of technical infrastructure and performance optimizations
- Collaborate with owners on server updates, new content, and gameplay balancing
- Provide guidance on technical issues, bug tracking, and maintenance
Community Planner- Design and coordinate community events, challenges, and seasonal activities
- Develop engaging player reward systems and community-driven content
- Foster positive interactions through player feedback loops and social media engagement
- Collaborate with admins and moderators to ensure a welcoming, inclusive server environment
- Create schedules for in-game events and promotional campaigns
What We’re Looking For:- 16+ preferred (exceptions may be made for mature applicants)
- Prior staffing experience is a plus, especially on survival servers
- Strong communication skills and a respectful attitude
- Team players who are active and genuinely care about community growth
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
