Why are some videos more expensive than others?

We calculate in all the effort we have on a certain type of video. A build showcase video for example can be rendered in singleplayer rather quickly whereas a server trailer has to be coordinated with staff, eventually with players and requires a lot more editing in post.

Why do you charge extra for 1440p and 4k?

1. Because the recorded files are much larger and therefore it takes longer to edit them in Premiere and 2. because rendering times of scenes (e.g with Minema) take about 4 times longer to do in 4K than in 1080p.

We're trained in organization, recording and editing and have always been able to deliver a good final product to our customers. We've had successful cooperations with Youtubers such as CaptainSparklez, SSundee, Hypixel and others who were happy to receive the best product possible.

Our workflow

1. You fill in the questionnaire at www.anepicduo.com
2. We contact you by email or discord
3. We discuss the specifics according to your questionnaire
4. We agree on a delivery date and the terms of service
5. You make a down payment of 50% of the total amount
6. I create a low resolution preview for you to see (or watermark)
7. You may ask for changes in the video (max 2 revisions in total)
8. You pay the remaining 50% of the total amount
9. I deliver the full resolution video

Videos that don't cost something aren't worth anything. As it says, scene are carefully edited and adjusted to every person's need. I don't copy/paste the same effect on every scene like everybody else. Prices stay as they are.

People that don't want to invest as much money don't have to.

Feels to me as if its some sort of a sport on this forum to criticize about someone's work. They have no rep because they have purchased my cinematics outside of this market and registered especially to give me a thumbs up. Unfortunately you cannot give reputation unless you've been a member for a month.

If you really want to know about a person, just look at his work, instead of complaining about some artificial vouching system.

Artificial? You know why the Great Recession happened? It's because we didn't believe in money. Vouches are what make people reputable. If it wasn't for them we could be having impersonators and shitty salesmanship kiddos coming on and acting reputable. "Artificial" Kim's ass lol

No sorry I don't know about the great depression because my country never had one. And if we're already taking up the topic of reputation, your thinking of only relying on rep was one of the main reasons for the US mortgage crisis in 2008. Worked out really great that reputation thing there for all those big reputable financial companies.

I don't see what the big deal with vouches is, if you have 20 friends and they create accounts wait a month and then rep for you that doesn't proof at all that you're good at what you're doing, it only proofs that you have connections. If they wanted to actually implement a good system then they'd have to implement a system like on amazon where you're only eligible to write a review if you've made a confirmed payment to said vendor. As long as that does not happen then this vouching system is just an artificial showoff.
