Hello, I am the owner of a Survival server that just launched a few weeks ago, things have been going great and we have already started to establish an active community with almost 200 members in less than a week with 15~ online most of the time.
As of right now I only have 1 other staff member and although we haven't had issues with troublemakers yet since our target audience are adults I do sometimes wish I could clone myself so I can get more things done around the server that need to be done like organizing events, setting up things at spawn, or just even helping out new players with general Minecraft questions which is why I am making this post looking to form a great staff team with experience who can give me a hand with the server and allow me to focus on more important things.
I'm also looking for a partner who can split the owner job with me. Funding the project is no issue for me right now i'm paying $140 a month for the dedicated server I'm currently renting and we have already made that back in donations in less than 2 weeks but I would like to find someone who can assist me with plugin configuration/builds/staff management, someone I can share ideas with who will care about the project as much as I do.
Now I understand that in order for a person to care for a server and dedicate time to it, they must like the server so here is some information about my server:

Animal Crafting is a mature Survival community where you choose how you want to play the game and how you want to contribute to the server economy.
If you are a peaceful player who does not like PVP you can join a peaceful faction where PVP is disabled for its members and land.
If you like PVP then you can join a normal faction and anything or anyone not protected by a peaceful faction is fair game to be raided or attacked.
[+] As soon as you join the game all you have to do is type /rtp and you will be teleported to a random place in the Wilderness away from other structures.
[+] Set your home with /sethome (contributors can set multiple homes).
[+] Trees are automatically replanted and Loot chests are automatically regenerated so everyone gets a fair chance no matter how late you are to the party!
[+] Creepers, withers, endermen, enderdragons, etc. do not damage blocks.
[+] Fair and active economy. Access the bank gui by typing /bank or go in person by typing /warp bank. You gain interest on all the money you deposit!
[+] We have custom structures that are randomly generated on new chunks filled with strong mobs and epic loot!
[+] Over 100+ songs in our custom jukeboxes so you can jam out to your favorite tunes in Minecraft with no client mods required!

Partner Requirements- Plugin Configuration Knowledge. I know how to configure plugins but I need someone who knows what they are doing in case i'm not around or that can help problem-solve if an issue arises.
- This must be your ONLY project. I need someone who can be invested in this just like I am.
- Mature. It's okay to be goofy but I can't have someone who is power hungry,racist, homophobic, anything that gives my server a bad name.
- Able to work in a team and manage staff. Seriously need somebody to help me pick and choose staff, would love to have a second opinion on things sometimes.
- Able to dedicate a fair amount of time to the project. You could be very qualified for the job but if you simply don't have time then theres no point.
