Animated Banner & Logo Maker Needed!

Introduction
Hello MC-Market. I am currently on the look out for any good server logos, my budget is around $15-$25 that will hopefully come with variations.

Detail
So, my idea for the server logo will be a battered up plank of wood with a clean gold border with gold, royal 3D text. If possible I'd like some pickaxes and such on the side however we can discuss via Skype.

The other variations should fit 64x64 that looks good as a server-icon.

If possible I'd like the artist to make a sketch before making the full logo and if I am not liking it either redo it or I receive my money back. I'd like to receive constant updates whilst doing the logo. I also require you to provide a portfolio and a vouch.

Just a wooden plank with some text, doesn't have to be that complicated, lol.

3D Texts are very complicated, and aswell as a wooden plank very detailed

I'm not asking for a full professional logo at AffluentDesigns level. I know that VPixels used to make logos for $25 however has recently quit. It doesn't need to be that amazing xD

What most people can't take, is the hand-drawn only. I wouldn't mind doing this for $10, but, you said hand drawn only. Even though you don't even look at what someone has to offer.

Most people meaning you? Lol. Haven't had a complaint about this once except from you however, I don't need to explain myself but, I want a drawn logo as it is more original and just looks more professional in general the majority of the time, not in all cases. I am a designer my self so if I were to want a digital logo I would make it myself, not spend $10 for no reason.

If I want a drawn logo it's up to me, not you XD
