Animated Banner

I'm looking for an animated banner similar to what I previously had but the creator of it isn't answering. What I want is basically 2 pre made gifs (Which I am determining which ones) put on the side of something saying "Monkey United" with OP Prison : Factions beneath it and the ip.

Basically, the same as below but perhaps a better font and different animations on each side. And maybe 'awesomefy' it some more by like a slightly changing color background or something but not too big or anything.
