Okay so I got a logo that I want to use, I just want to make it into a .gif, I want to make it so that there is blood flowing upwards from the logo, or something that would be seen as blood.
I want it to loop in a good way so that you can tell every time it resets. The gif should be no longer than 4-5 seconds.

I am offering $10-15

EDIT: I want it done today if possible.
