Add new animated emojis on the XF2 forum, only available for Ultimate users!

After we migrate to XF2 it is planned to introduce a handful of smilies exclusively for our Ultimate users, but I don't think that we'll ever be adding in animated smilies (mainly because Justis wouldn't let us and he's mean)
