Animated MOTD Plugin

Hey Guys, Girls & Mobs!

I'm wondering if someone could make me a MOTD management plugin that would allow me to create multiple MOTDs and then udate them regularly giving it the look of being animated.

I'm am looking for someone who can design me this fairly cheap and quick as I need it soon.

Correct me if I am wrong but this is not possible.

The mc launcher does not update the server list on its own. You have to click on the refresh button.

To get an animated MOTD you need a lot of 'frames'

I've seen plugins and MOTDs that can do this with the use of ProtocalLib but none are compatible with 1.11

I have seen bungeecorded servers with this type of motd, though I don't know about spigot servers.

I'm pretty sure this was only a thing in either 1.7.x or 1.8.x. Definitely gone by 1.9. Mojang decided to do away with the protocols that made it possible.

Would it be possible to modify the server and add those protocals in were the protocals server side?

Even if your server sends the data, none of the new clients (> 1.7) will display as animated due to them not supporting the animations.

Dude, how can you call yourself a dev if you are requesting plugins?

Well, as a dev, its because we don't magically know every bit of the Bukkit/Minecraft protocol or how to implement any given function. So, its sometimes easier to hire. Why do you think you get large networks that occasionally hire devs to implement a specific function? They have contracted dev teams already. Just that everyone has their own area of expertise.

Just because I need help with Java plugin coding doesn't make me not a Dev, if you ready above I already know many languages so please keep your nose out of other people's business and think before posting stupid comments that someone has already posted because it just makes you look childish which I am assuming you are.
