Animated Server Banner

I am planning to launch a new factions server shortly and would like to get an animated banner in place before the launch so that I am able to advertise properly.

Would anyone be able to provide some work like this for free?

I've provided a lot of work for people for free before it depends on the nature of the person, not every one is about money ,
The budget for the server is not $0 it is being setup this month before it properly launches next month by which I will have been paid by both of my jobs so I'll be able to purchase a banner then I have simply made this thread in order to see if anyone on here is kind enough to provide one for free. Thanks
