Hey MCM, I'm looking for a graphics designer who can make an animated banner for my server to go on vote sites.
Here is what I'm looking for:
- Colourful, vibrant theme.
- 4 Lines of texts to appear and disappear in creative ways
- The server IP to be shown, statically in the bottom right hand corner
Speed isn't a massive issue nor is price, as long as you aren't trying to rip me off.
