AniPvP ( Anime PvP Server ) Idea

Hey I would like to hear your guys thoughts and suggestions on the new kitpvp server I plan on making.
What Inspired Me To Do This?
Well the anime I watch growing up as a kid, and the first anime I've ever watched naruto ended abou 1-2 weeks ago. It made me come up with the idea to make a pvp anime server.

IMPORTANT: I know there is a lot of important/popular anime missing but I'm only doing the ones I've actually watched or know about so sorry .

Free
Saiyan ( Dbz or Dbs )
Shinobi ( Naruto )
Titan ( Attack on Titan )
Hero ( Boku no Hero )

Skills: ( Purchasable with both in-game money and donations to avoid pay2win and so everyone can enjoy)

Super Saiyan 2
Super Saiyan 3
Super Saiyan God/Blue
Kamehameha
Final Flash
Instant Transmission
Galic Gun
Vegetas Final Words
Naruto:

What I want to ask you:

1. Any Anime's I should add? Will only add the ones I've watched
2. Any skills I should add that I've missed?
3. Any plugins you recommend for this idea?
4. Let me know what you think. Is this worth doing? Is it possible? Would you enjoy a server like this?
5. Should there be a custom resource pack?
6. What version should the server be for? 1.8 or 1.11? Or compatible for 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, and 1.11

Since I am a weeb, honestly I love this idea.

Add owari no seraph kit, if you have watched it. Mainly because the weapons named in the anime can be fit in kits. Skills also can be added from owari no seraph, on example demon,angel and vampire skills. Hard to explain if you haven't watched the anime.

Next one, Big Order. This is the anime that I never really finished, but planning to; This anime is based around weapons and skills. Many skills and weapons can be added into the kits.

I've watched some owari no seraph before, I think I stopped around ep 5-6 but I have planned on watching it again when I have the time, also now since you have recommended it. I'll see. And as for Big Order I've never seen it before but I'll check it out.
