So people like Ashly have been upvoted with the "funny" option mainly by people being sarcastic towards here and as it is the closest thing to a down vote. As you may have recently seen, Ashly has used her "rep" to scam multiple new users. To avoid this we should be granted with some sort of down vote or just simply remove the "Funny" upvote as it helps really dumb people get "rep".

I think a good solution would be to sort ratings by type when moused over "Ratings Received" and maybe show a pie chart of percentages of ratings.

Also, it's so obvious a user is a scammer when they use the "I have more rep than you" excuse while not being well known at all.
