Another owner for practicepvp server/hcf

I'm typing this on my phone so it may seem a tad unprofessional, but I tried to keep my spelling errors minimal. I got a practice PVP server fully configured, I had a developer custom code and I got a huge custom built spawn. I got a good price and it only cost me about 100$ for it all. I have around 400$ left that I'm budgeting for this server, and I'm looking for someone that wants to be an owner with me and has around 150-200$. I'm very lenient on how much money you have, just have some. I don't want to put only my money into it. We will split it 50/50. You never at any point will have to send your money to me, you can spend it wherever we need it. We can distribute assets fairly, and it will be a 50/50 ownership.

Everything else is done, besides artwork which won't cost that much. I've been negotiating prices with a practice youtuber who has over 100k and makes packs, if you know practice you probably know who that is. We're basically done negotiating.
