Formal Introduction
Greetings, my name is Santiago. I am 16 years of age and looking into finding a business partner for an up-and-coming project I have in mind, projected to the Hardcore Factions player-base. As for myself, I have been in the business of creating servers since 2015, so I do have experience with projected players and finding new add-ons, server-side. I want someone dedicated to finding a long-term business partnership with, possibly a partner I could introduce to new projects along the way if we ever do strive that far in our professions.
My Basis of a Plan
I do not have every detail set in stone, so please keep this in mind. As this is still in the early stages of planning and observing, we are even discussing. My proposal is for the creation of an HCF-revolving network to be introduced as HCTroops. We will have two game-modes at the very start (HCF and KitPvP), but when the player-base begins to balance, we will add-on Practice, which is presumably the community's decision. The server will be based around the community, meaning; I will allow the community’s decisions and consideration into everything we do. We are not personally in this for the money, but the pure enjoyment of the player’s and their HCF experiences. Contribution into this project will be through my funds and a budget of $300 on your side, as I will be providing more than $700 to this project.
Interaction among our community affects my decisions, as players are used to new ideas being introduced, which we want to provide as much as possible to a growing community. Updates would be essential in adding new additions for our community to enjoy. These updates will provide basic information to the community on what is changing, how will it be changed and more. Finally, we would need to work on the process of advertising through any types you may have, or we will look into as well. Advertising would most likely come out of our budget towards Youtubers or Social Media stars. This will provide us with a steady player-base and help us further our decision on releasing another gamemode.
Requirements
My requirements to come alongside me with this project are quite flat-out and straightforward. We may be able to discuss exceptions in the long run, so PM me if you have any questions.

Can induce $300 (or more) into this project
Must be professionally standing
Can provide a healthy relationship with our community through commitment
Staff and Development Team
We are in the process of finding an experienced development team to assist us with this network. They help us add updates to the server, as well as bring in new ideas for our players to enjoy and experience an HCF server in a new, distinctive way. If you know or hear of anyone who has experience in this department, feel free to DM me.
As for our Staff team, we do not currently have a staff team yet, but we are also in the process of looking for one. We are looking for dedicated individuals who strive into a communal-based environment. If possible, we want this team to be familiar with bigger networks, how they work, and how to moderate professionally and adequately.

An interesting fact about me is my most successful network was a prison which obtained near 100 players on weekends and 50-60 players on weekdays.
