• Must have server owner experience

• Can induce $30-50 (or more) into this project

• Have currently available funds

• Must be professionally standing

• Must have a decent amount of time for the server

I would very much not recommend you follow through with his request as if he a server owner is too lazy, to create his own thread I have my suspicions that he is too immature to run a successful server.
