Another Scam Resolver

I think it would be a good idea to have a second scam resolver, People are constantly waiting days at a time just to hear back from M6. Mind you we are all people too, This is real money people are being scammed for and to have to rely on one person to get back to us is too much for that person. I highly suggest bringing in a second scam resolver to help M6 since he seems to have inactivity issues.

He is a very busy guy, however, it'd be better with another one.

He's got a job to do and he's not doing it. Scam reports are being held for review for weeks on end, and some are even being deleted.

This is not acceptable for trades including real money.

Also 100% agreed, Ive seen this first hand. I dont think id call him a pussy though, There are alot of MCM users, and even more scammers. Also you have to take into count how long hes been doing it and by himself.

Okay yeah then thats fucked up. M6 should not have the entire say over him being the only scam resolver, as said we are all people too. For him to think he can handle all of the scam reports accordingly by himself is semi autistic.

I wouldn't say the website is inefficient, It forsure has its flaws, In my opinion the biggest one being scam resolutions. As this thread states.

The only way I would see this working would be if M6 and this "new" scam resolver are on the exact same page 24/7 as having two different people settling scam resolves can lead to misconception and bias opinions.
Therefore, I agree to disagree.

How though? Why cant it just be another scam resolver working on scam reports along side M6? Its not like closing a scam report will mess up the other scam resolver...

I believe if we do get a second scam resolver they will need to handle scam reports like tickets are handled (But more efficiently).
Where somebody assigns a scam report to one of the 2 scam resolvers (could even be automatic if they really wanted), and whoever it's assigned to will be the person dealing with the scam report.

There have been several suggestions made about this and it is definitely a possibility for us to look into adding in new scam resolvers in the future, however it is not a realistic solution to the problem we are having at the moment. Scam reports will be all caught up very soon and when they are I'm sure that no one will have a problem with M6 once they all caught up. M6 is fantastic at what he does and over the past 2 years this is the first time he's been unable to handle it.

Give it a week to all be caught up, then if we still believe a second scam resolver is necessary I will look into it further.

Why have some scam reports been deleted?

I've not discussed this with M6Gaming, but from what I have seen the reasons for scam reports being deleted is primarily that there is insufficient evidence or the thread creator was inactive. M6Gaming may be able to provide more insight into reasoning though.
