Another thread about OVSUS.

Hello guys,

I know there are a lot of threads about OVSUS but I felt like I had to make another one about them. They promise things on their website they don’t even have. Just to mention one, at their website they say “24/7 Premium Support”. Well, the support is live for a maximum of an hour a week. I KNOW that Timon runs the company by himself, but then don’t say 24/7 support. Their Minecraft services (Premium) ran fine for me, but I had to wait for a long time to get support. I also got a VPS off them, they are absolutely terrible. They have like 3 seconds chat lag and frequent lagspikes (on a vanilla server !!!). Timon is also really unkind to customers, I asked him to give me a refund but he keeped on saying that I needed to have a Game VPS while he stated that the Budget ones were fine for me before ordering. Alright, finally he gave me a 50% refund, which I think is not enough for me, as the service never worked and I did not get any support. Timon is also pretty childish, when you’re saying one negative thing about OVSUS he just kicks you. He’s also being really unkind to me by saying I am a douchebag. Anyways, thanks for reading my review I hope it was okay and just so you know: DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING WITH OVSUS.

I agree the support isn't perfect, but so far it has fixed literally all my problems. if I had to grade it out of 10 it would be an easy 7.
2. Minecraft Servers
I've ran a minecraft server from them that easily had a peak of 60 players on there, on the budget version. so this is clearly a lie.
The server still gets around 20 players daily, easily. No lagg.
3. VPS
You seem to be one of the only people with this problem, I've spoken to multiple people and most of them say it is quite good.
4. Refund
I would like to remind you that their ToS say; No refunds
by purchasing something on OVSUS you had to agree to these ToS, and he STILL gave you a 50% refund, after the ToS
5. Kicked

Timon is also pretty childish, when you’re saying one negative thing about OVSUS he just kicks you. He’s also being really unkind to me by saying I am a douchebag.

You literally spammed the whole Discord chat, the wrong chat, with complains, after these were all answered. everyone talked to you but you continued.

DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING WITH OVSUS.

For people considering OVSUS It is quite a good host so far, the price was good for my budget, I get helped with every problem I have, from Domain to plugin configuration. But in the end choosing a host is fully your choice, just remember that not all reviews are true.

This one is true but okay, everyone has its own opinion. Maybe I got placed on a faulty node, no-one knows. Anyways, I’m stopping here. Bye.
