Requirements
We also have a few requirements which you guys have to meet before you can actually apply for this position at our team. No need to fret as they are all common and basic.
-> You will be expected to contact our potential customers directly, so you should be really kind, helpful, active, and overall motivated.
-> You have to be capable of communicating with all clients in English, as that is the international language. Also, keep in mind that proper spelling, and general knowledge of the English grammar would be to some degree essential as it reflects the organizations' professionalism.
-> A PayPal account is required, as that is currently the only way via which we can pay you at present.
-> A clear history is also a must. Before officially accepting anyone, we would require to view your background.
-> You have to be capable of solving all issues/problems from a neutral viewpoint, and to handle all of those "issues" in a proper, and overall professional manner.
-> Willing to sign a contract / legal document if need be. If you are below the legal age, an adult signature would suffice.
-> We will require Sales Reps to spend at least 7 hours per week, helping out our team and finding clients.

Payments:
Do not worry about spending your free time on this team for nothing, because you will be fairly paid for all the time, and work that you have put into each commission. Now, the pricing system we established is pretty organized, and yet even more simple to understand. You will get a 10% cut out of every single commission you successfully get us. You will always receive the payment only when the customer has paid in full and the commission is finished. Also, keep in mind that all payments will be sent via PayPal, so make sure to register your own account on there if you have not done so yet
Form:
We'd like you to be creative with your form, and give you the opportunity to inform us about your talents and abilities. For this reason, you are able to structure your application form in a way that you believe best suits yourself, and also provide information that you believe would benefit us in knowing.
