Anti 1.8 Tab Glitch.

There is currently a glitch in 1.8. When you are on a 1.7-1.8 Compatible server, you can spam tab with a macro and lag out the server. I need a plugin that kicks players when they spam tab with a macro. Meaning if they press tab more than 10 times in like 3 seconds they get kicked. Pretty simple plugin, can this be made?

Seems like you could just get a command blocker that blocks aliases and also an anticommandtab plugin, but I thought essentials has anti-spam with disconnect.spam but enough chatter. If you are looking at a great dev I would recommend boomchackalackaboom
