Anti-Cactus Place Plugin

Hi there,

I currently have a printer-mode plugin where you can get items from /printershop and get charged per placement. Basically, I am trying to make it so players cannot place down cacti that they've received from their farms and instead only be able to buy cacti from the /printershop. The idea is to make cacti farms similar to spawners in that they're expensive to create, not super easy to mass produce. This was a big problem last map because of how easy it was to print huge cactus columns and it kind of destroyed the economy.

It can be all hard-coded or configurable, up to you. Basically, I'm looking for this to cancel the placement of any cacti unless it is from the /printershop. A way you can do this is through the item names, so unless the item name is "&dInfinite_Printable_CACTUS", the placement is cancelled.

Along with cancelling the placement, the plugin should:
1. Play a VILLAGER_NO sound to the player
2. Have the message
"&8(&c&l!&8) &fYou cannot place regular cacti. You can only place cacti from &d/printershop&f."
