Anti cheat and HCF portals?

I want an anti-cheat not some shitty ass NCP that legit sucks.
And i want an HCF portals plugin, IE like hcteams when you go through an end portal it takes you to a certain place, and a custom portal in the nether to take you to a road close to spawn...

if its your own portal, but when you go through the one they made it takes you to a spot in the road close to spawn

HCTeams it takes you to a random spot in nether.

I have the same plugin called "CheatNotifier" made by "Emilo" and we all know you don't rightfully own it so don't bother trying to sell the setup.
