Anti cheat and HCF portals?

I want an anti-cheat not some shitty ass NCP that legit sucks.
And i want an HCF portals plugin, IE like hcteams when you go through an end portal it takes you to a certain place, and a custom portal in the nether to take you to a road close to spawn...

NCP configs are not shit, if you have the right NCP config it can be better than any anti cheat
