Hello, what AntiCheat plugins would everyone recommend for a factions server?

Also what makes PvPLounge and Badlion really good for pvp and how can I improve pvp on my factions server like how PvPLounge and Badlion does it.

I know bigger servers pay a hefty sum for advanced anti cheat, even as far as going through a third party application to check the users PC for suspicious files.
