NoCheatPlus is byfar one of the best anticheat out there, if you can't afford one!
NoCheatPlus works also well with a custom config!

Kill aura is simple to block with ntac and ntapi but if you really want to go above any beyond, invest a few dollars in Reflex. All plugins I mentioned are on Spigot and I personally can recommend trying both to see what works best on your server.
Finding a "perfect" anti-cheat is not as simple-minded as you may think it is.

Try using Spartan + Reflex.
I have tested many anti cheats and I can confirm that Spartan provides very decent movement checks. I can't find a bypass for Spartan movement checks yet. Reflex detects various forms of killaura, however, the KillAuraCombined check is still experimental and does produce false positives. But overall, Reflex is a good anti killaura. Both of these plugins cost about €17, the price may seem costly but they are worth the price.

I would like to have the link to that client, to test whether it actually bypasses Spartan.
Edit: Btw, the video in Spartan overview page shows that Alpha Centuari does not bypass Spartan movement checks.

Check out Tylerog's anti cheat or solent
reflex god killaura detection plugin, 5$ worth to buy. Spartan always getting bypassed by Alpha Centauri. Just the dev used the settings, but i recommend Spartan. It is really good at movement detection. NCP got really good last build, patched all speeds.
