Agreed. I'd say Spartan Anti-Cheat and it's associated add-ons are the best by far, but nothing beats having a staff team dealing with the issue. Plus. you will occasionally have to deal with false positives and errors within the code (I've never seen any major errors with Spartan, though).
Depends on your gamemodes...
For a survival / skyblock, possibly spartan due to its compatibility but its combat side lacks in my opinion!
If you have a PvP based such as Practice, HCF or KitPvP I would recommend Karhu ($20) or if you are a larger server with a good amount of money & players I would recommend Sparky ($100)
