NCP's developers are making rapid progress in attempting to blocking BHopping.
There are currently two tickets open which can be found here and here.

'Anti ETB', doesn't really make sense. Any popular/leaked client is able to do this (most anyways).

Most servers are unphaseable. Meaning that you cannot pass through blocks with a client. However you can bhop on any server mainly, hence why they want to fix it.

Why don't you try out AAC's movement checks? It include combat checks too.

BEcause it does not work on 1.7... :/ if any of you guys know an anticheat that detects bunnyhop tell me

You can use protocol support to hook 1.7 to 1.8. So just use 1.8 plugins and 1.7 players can join
